On the eve of the end of daylight savings time. A community spiritual practice to bolster our soul & spirit as we enter the dark days of the year.

Come experience the delicious energy of sound healing & the silence afterwards. We will practice alternating rounds of drumming/rattling, (you can bring your own or there’s plenty to borrow) verbal sharing, chanting & receptive quiet.

The space offers an opportunity to feel more grounded and centered in self & in community. No musical Talent needed – this is a spiritual practice not a performance, so all sound is welcome.
