Flow

Though I’m Boston-based now, for 11 years, I lived a 10-minute walk from the Cuyahoga River in Ohio — a river that had been declared dead in the 1980s by the EPA. It was there, at my ritual spot, where began the spiritual practice that contributed to the successful efforts of many to heal it.

Much like that river, I have been declared a lot of things over the years by others and myself. Rivers never stop flowing and changing, and neither do we. The pollution of the past can be pulled out and transformed into beauty, into peace.

Facilitating that healing process is what I do, working sacred ritual called forth by the needs of the moment, with essential oils, holding rituals, or deep Shamanic work. I assist others in transforming their darkness/pollution to create more space for the spirit of life to flow through.
